Using this website

These terms cover your use of the Vibe Forge website and participant dashboard. The contest rules govern the competition itself, and the privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information. Accounts created with false details may be removed.
• You must be at least 13 to create an account.

Acceptable use

Don't try to access accounts, data or areas you are not authorized to use; don't probe, scan or overload the service; don't upload malware or unlawful content; and don't use the platform to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit. You give us only the limited permission described in section 6 of the contest rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Deadlines are enforced by server time; submit early to avoid last-minute problems.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.
